Circumvent "cdsinit" Calling -- use "nocdsinit" and "restore" options

You could revert to "icfb -nocdsinit -restore myInit" and then have myInit contain:

load(".cdsinit") ; get the path right
envSetVal("asimenv.startup" "simulator" 'string "spectre")
